Pricing questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Start on Free and upgrade or switch plans at any time from the Premium tab in your dashboard.
How are paid plans billed?
Monthly or yearly through Stripe. Yearly billing costs about ten times the monthly price, a saving of at least 16%.
What fees does OpenStock take on my sales?
Card and PayPal payments go to your own Stripe and PayPal accounts, so you only pay their standard processing rates. Crypto payments land in your OpenStock store wallet, and withdrawals carry your plan's fee: 5% on Free, 3% on Silver, 2% on Gold, 1% on Emerald and 0% on Elite.
Do you offer custom plans?
Elite includes full store service and setup, a custom web template and a domain we purchase for you. Contact us if you need something beyond that.
