Switching
Moving from SellAuth or Sellix?
The store importer brings products over from Shoppex, SellHub, SellAuth, Sell.app and Komerza using each platform's API key. There is no Sellix importer, so Sellix products are added in the dashboard, where keys paste in one per line.

- Where do card and PayPal payments settle?
- In your own Stripe and PayPal accounts.
- What does the platform take from a sale?
- Nothing on card or PayPal payments. Crypto withdrawals carry a 5% fee on Free, down to 0% on Elite.
- Which crypto can buyers use?
- Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum, plus Card to Crypto for buyers paying by card.
- What happens to Discord roles after a chargeback?
- You choose: remove the role and kick, remove the role only, or do nothing.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes, on Silver and up. OpenStock verifies the DNS record and issues SSL.
- Can I bring my catalog?
- Yes, from Shoppex, SellHub, SellAuth, Sell.app and Komerza.
What can I sell on OpenStock?
Digital goods that can be delivered automatically: software license keys, files and downloads, accounts, Discord roles and server access. Keys paste in one per line and files upload to OpenStock’s CDN.
How do payouts work?
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay go to your own Stripe account, PayPal to your PayPal account, and Cash App and Venmo to yours. Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum land in your OpenStock store wallets, which you withdraw to your own address manually or automatically.
What does OpenStock charge?
A monthly plan fee, from $0 on Free. OpenStock adds no fee to card or PayPal payments; you pay your processor’s usual rates. Crypto withdrawals carry your plan’s fee: 5% on Free, 3% on Silver, 2% on Gold, 1% on Emerald and 0% on Elite.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Silver and up. Add an A record pointing at OpenStock and SSL is issued once DNS verifies; on Cloudflare, set the record to DNS only. Every store also gets a openstock.dev address.
Does Fraud Shield stop chargebacks?
It lowers the risk, it can’t guarantee against them. Fraud Shield (Silver and up) is a rules engine: block, flag for review or silently log orders by IP, email, country or order amount.

Yes. API keys, the Checkout API for hosted checkout sessions and webhooks for order events, plus the Withdrawal and Customer Balance APIs on Elite. The docs cover each one.
